We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for clients who face technical discrepancies with our service that cannot be resolved by our support team. You must provide a valid reason for the refund request so our technicians can investigate the issue.
Please note: Transaction fees and setup fees are non-refundable.
1. Conditions Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Ignorance of how to properly use an RDP.
- Poor or unsuitable network connection on the client’s end.
- Any other technical issues originating from the client’s computer or network.
- Problems related to third-party software (bots, custom programs, etc.). Please contact the software developer for support.
- Invalid, frivolous, or “silly” reasons for a refund request.
- The refund policy does not apply to any USA/UK RDP Plans or Private RDP/VPS plans.
2. Special Cases
- Cryptocurrency Payments: All payments made with cryptocurrencies are final and non-refundable. The 24-hour money-back guarantee does not apply to orders paid with crypto.
- Private RDP/VPS: There are no refunds for our Private RDP or VPS servers. If a hardware-related fault is detected, we will resolve it as quickly as possible. Claims regarding setup delays within the stated setup time will not be accepted.
