Admin Plan Policy

This policy outlines the specific terms of use for our Admin RDP and Encoding RDP plans. It is designed to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performance environment for all clients on our shared servers.

1. Understanding Limited Admin Access on Shared Plans

To protect our network and all the users on a shared server, our Admin and Encoding plans come with a specific set of permissions, often referred to as “limited admin rights.”

What You CAN Do: You have the permission to install most of your own software by executing .exe files using the “Run as Administrator” function. This is suitable for the majority of standard applications.
What You CANNOT Do: This permission level is not the same as “Full” administrative rights. You cannot perform actions that affect the entire server, such as changing core system settings, modifying network configurations (like the server’s IP address), adding new user accounts, or installing malware or system-level drivers.
Why This Policy Exists: This policy is crucial to prevent actions—whether accidental or malicious—that could compromise server security, negatively impact performance for other users, or lead to downtime. It allows us at Android RDP to provide a quality, reliable service to everyone.

If the software is compliant with our usage policies, we will gladly install it for you. In rare cases where configuration requires elevated privileges, we may grant temporary full admin access at our discretion.

For complete control and full administrative rights, we strongly recommend our Private RDP or Cheap Dedicated Servers plans.

2. Specific Rules for Admin & Encoding Plans

In addition to our main Terms of Service, users of Admin and Encoding plans must adhere to the following rules:

Resource Abuse: Continuous high usage of server resources (CPU or RAM) for extended periods (e.g., more than 5 minutes) is not tolerated. This is to ensure fair resource allocation for all users on the server and will result in service suspension.
Prohibited Activities: Any form of hacking, cracking, bruteforcing, cryptocurrency mining, live streaming, or running traffic bots is strictly forbidden on these shared plans.
Emailing: Mass mailing or email marketing is not allowed, except on our specially designated Spamming RDP plans.
Virtualization: Running virtualization software like VMWare or Android Emulators is not permitted on these plans. Please see our Cheap Dedicated Servers for this functionality.

Refund Policy: Please be aware that our standard 24-hour money-back guarantee applies to Admin and Encoding plans, subject to the conditions in our main Refund Policy. Note: No refunds are provided for any USA/UK location RDP plans.
