Welcome to Android RDP! The following terms and conditions govern all use of the https://www.androidrdp.online website and all services, and products available at or through the website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Lawful Use

All services provided by https://www.androidrdp.online and its subdomains may be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States federal, state, or local law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Android RDP from any claims resulting from the use of our services which damages the subscriber or any other party.

2. Prohibited Activities

To maintain server integrity and network performance, the following activities are strictly banned on all our servers. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate service suspension or termination without a refund.

  • Malicious & Illegal Content: Hosting phishing sites, scam pages (e.g., fake bank/PayPal logins), or any content promoting illegal activities.
  • Spam & Unsolicited Email: Use of mail bombers, bulk email scripts, or any activity that could lead to our IP addresses being blacklisted (e.g., by Spamhaus).
  • System & Network Abuse: Launching Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, IP spoofing, or using any hacking tools, programs, or archives.
  • Resource Hogging: Any script or software that consistently consumes more than 25% of the CPU, causing a high server load. This includes, but is not limited to, cryptocurrency mining (e.g., Bitcoin) in any form.
  • Unauthorized Software: Use of virtual machine software (e.g., VMWare, VirtualBox), Android emulators (except on designated plans), or traffic bots on non-private plans.
  • Prohibited Hosting: Using our services as a seedbox, running proxy websites, or hosting botnets, carding, or Jingling activities.
  • Streaming/Broadcasting: Live streaming is prohibited on Starter, Basic, Admin, and Encoding plans. Please purchase a designated Streaming RDP for this purpose.

3. Account Setup

By purchasing a service from Android RDP, you agree to our Terms of Service. The standard setup time for all new orders is a minimum of 1 hour. During peak times with a high volume of orders, setup may take up to 2-3 hours. For any questions, please contact our support team by opening a ticket.

4. Abuse and Prohibited Harm

  • Harm to Servers: Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to our servers or infrastructure is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate account termination without a refund.
  • Harm to Other Clients: We maintain a respectful community. Any user found to be abusing or harming another client’s services will have their account terminated without a refund.
  • Harm to Staff: Abusive language, harassment, or threats directed at any member of the Android RDP support team or staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

5. Server Uptime Guarantee

Android RDP guarantees a 99.98% server uptime on all our RDP plans. In the rare event of prolonged downtime caused by an internal failure, you may be eligible for a credit of your remaining balance or compensatory service days. Android RDP reserves the right to modify policies, service plans, and pricing at any time without prior notification.

6. Overdue Invoices & Late Fees

A late fee of 10% will be applied to all invoices that are not paid by their due date. No exceptions will be made. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

7. Public Reviews

We strive to provide excellent service and support. If you experience any issues with your RDP, we kindly ask that you contact our support team to find a solution before posting a negative review on public platforms like Trust pilot. We are committed to resolving problems, but we reserve the right to suspend services if a public complaint is made without first giving us an opportunity to assist.

8. General Disclaimers

  • Violating any of these Terms of Service will make you ineligible for a refund.
  • By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and all other published policies. Payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) will be directed to these policies when handling disputes.
  • If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.
  • Any fees charged by a payment gateway will be passed on to the client and automatically calculated on the invoice.
